Enjoy the dark meat of quails with the white breast meat of Pheasant.  Ground Pheasant is   seasoned with capers, garlic, and spices and stuffed into the semi-boneless quails.  Each quail is individually weighed to 200 grams plus or    minus 5 grams for tight portion control.  Individually packaged and boxed 30/case.  Perfect as a main course or a banquet item where uniform portion and ease of preparation is essential!
